Objectives:

TIFAC-CORE in Pervasive Computing Technologies at Velammal Engineering College, Chennai striving its horizon in the underlying technologies such as Embedded Systems, Wireless Sensor Networks, RFID and Mobile Computing. The center has unique laboratories of Wireless Sensor Networks, RFID readers, RF Design tools and mobile application development tools to build various demonsratable modules pertinent to Pervasive Computing Applications. The workshop on 'Sensor Systems and Its Applications' aims to provide engineers with a fast, costeffective way to acquire the knowledge necessary to develop real-time sensing applications.
